Shipping Information
Products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (time may be longer depending on the product and the country you’re shipping to).
All prices of the ordered merchandise are inclusive with VAT.
In case the customer wasn’t available in the place of shipping while delivering the ordered merchandise, there will be many attempts to call for two to three days. In case the customer didn’t answer, the ordered merchandise will be returned to the country of origin, and the customer will lose 20% of its price as well as the delivery cost.
Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order to avoid any problem when delivering the purchases.
You will usually get an email receipt of your purchase, so please be careful to enter your correct email address. You will also receive an email receipt when your order is shipped along with the tracking number. Your package is sent in a fully protected packaging to ensure safe transit and receipt as fast as possible.
  
Return & Exchange Policy
The company accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions;
Merchandise purchased from Mo Geneva must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip. However, you will lose 20% of the product’s price as well as the delivery cost, unless we accidentally sent you a product different from the one you ordered.
If the period of the exchange happened within the first year period, it will lose 25% as well as the delivery cost.
If the exchange exceeded one year, the item will lose value depending on its condition.
In case of return, the purchased item must come with its sales slip and package. It should also look original with no signs of wear or engraving, or else it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at estore@mogeneva.com in order to cancel the purchase process. In case the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it, therefore you’ll have to check the “Return & Exchange Policy” to know the conditions.
